Why give?
-
✽
Canyon Family Church is not supported by a mother church and operates on donations from individuals. Without help, we cannot continue.
-
✽
Canyon Family Church focuses on children. This is different from most churches who have adults who give.
-
✽
We need to put gas in the vans that we use to pick up children. We need snacks for the kids. We have bills to pay, and maintenance cost.
-
✽
The entire staff is volunteer; even the pastor. That means that every dollar you donate goes towards the children and not in someone’s pocket.
-
✽
Almost every child we bring in has never heard about Jesus.
-
✽
We have so little money coming in we can barely operate. Even a small donation from you will realy help.

The harvest is plentiful here - but, in this case, the money is lacking. Your donation is will be carefully used to make the most impact for The Kingdom of God.
FAQs
-
First, to pay the electric and water bills. Gas for the vans to pick up kids. Snacks for the kids. Then, maintenance for the vans and the buildings, phone, Internet, food, and things like sports equipment and toys. Every little thing cost money; from toilet paper to emptying the septic, spraying for weeds, and propane. If someday we have extra money, we will reach out and bring in more children and help other mission sites by doing childrens programs for them.

Jeff, who is the pastor, does not take a salary. No one at Canyon Family Church gets paid for working. Everyone volunteers and many of the volunteers donate their money. We do not use any money to solicit people to. give. Every dollar is carefully calculated and spent with care.

To tell every child about Jesus within a 30-mile radius. This could be 7,000 children. After that, we will spread to a new area and so on until we reach the entire Navajo Nation. This goal will likely take more than 20 years.
